Yes, it is possible. It obviously has to be dumped from the disc, and most disc-only releases are floating around on the internet in installable formats.

disc2app if you can get it to work. I've been trying to dump Guitar Hero Live for days now and it always just stops randomly anywhere after 95% and I can't figure out why.

Also trying hard to figure out why SwapDRC works for every game I own that won't play on the gamepad (Splatoon and Nintendoland) except for Guitar Hero Live. The screen is zoomed in and it makes it unplayable. :(
