ROM Hack Is it possible to change the button mappings on (specifically GBA) VC games?

I wanted to know if it was possible to remap the buttons on Virtual Console games.

I know you can change NES with @Asdolo ultimate injectors but you can't change it in a full way. (Their is only to preconfiged button mappings.)

Any other consoles won't work. If you want remapping use retroarch
