Homebrew Is it possibel to create custom wads or channels for Wii

Im a little new to the wii and i soft modded and everything with the twilight hack and i was curious if it is possible to create Wii channels if you could give me a tut or somthing it would be just great and another thing is it also possible to move the wii channels around on the main menu??? Thanks!!!
