My 3DS dropped in water last month and it totally dead now. I have my NAND dump and SD card data backup. I wanna decrypt the SD content(like savedata, etc.) and transform them to a new console. I have to get the movable.sed of the ole one. So I need to decrypt the NAND image first. NAND CID is required. Are there any way to get the CID with out booting my console?
