and yes OP i did read your whole post,

I had previously had cfw then deleted to sell but no-one want and now I want to do frog miner but I can't if I'm banned. U understand or no

Nice try of dodging "i never once said it was previously modified" you cant run CFW w/o Modification. again if you had mentioned "Previously modified, Possibly banned." you might of been able to sell it easier and you wouldn't haveto fear jail time (and to my knowledge , sony's the only one to legally go after someone selling a modified console, ) because while ebay pretty much will not allow outright Hacked systems, that will indicate it had been Prior, and currently isnt or to your best of knowledge isn't anymore and gets around the issue. (as afterall you dont know it might be and its being sold as-is.)

Think next time before ya accuse someone for not reading.

OP, you need CFW to unban your console. There's no way around it. And if you use a public seed, the console will probably not be unbanned forever. Sooner or later someone will use that seed to hack and get it banned.
As to why factory resetting your console won't work, the ban uses your console's unique identifier (the seed) that won't change even if you reset your device.
