Hacking is it posable to restore a powersaves backup save on a rom with a sky3ds ?

i want to get rid of my pokemon cart but dont want to lose save (a lot of work) i have a power saves adaptor and made a backup of my save but its in a bin file how would i convert this to .sav so i can write to the cart ?

You could probably use a homebrew app like Save Manager.
