Hacking Is it okay to rename 3ds roms? (Sky3DS)

Will renaming it mess it up? Just making sure, as I'm preparing my sd card before my sky3ds arrives.
And of course, I will leave the ".3ds" part alone. I just want to organize it so the game goes in the order i want it to be.

Yeah you can rename them no problem.
And the games go in on the order you write them to the sd card with diskwriter so naming them in a certain way doesn't matter.

thanks. One more thing, will the name display when using the sky3ds? Or will the proper name of the game will?

Sky3DS tries to looks as much as possible like a legit cartridge, so on the 3DS's homescreen it will display the name of the game (the one that the developers intended).
