I saw that it's not okay to bump, but I wasn't sure if that rule applied to marketplace as well. So I wanted to ask before doing so. I enjoy following the rules. #Straightedge #Badass #HashtaggingOutsideTwitter

You actually can't. The selling/buying threads aren't floated like regular boards

You cant actually BUMP market threads. Just like USN threads cant be bumped.

They are temporary and informative, not really based on discussion like normal threads, so they don't need to be raised up when replied to.

It'll show again in the latest 10 discussions panel, so it does draw attention for potentially interested people.

That would be my main reason for doing so, but if it's not allowed I'm fine with that~

    It's allowed yes.
If your thread isn't over an year old that is ;p

Or if it's not younger then like a day.

But... all of the conflicting answers... I don't wanna go against my estranged father (the milkman).

Is your thread older then a week?
    Bump it.
It might last half an hour in the latest 10 discussions.
Could be enough to attract a potential interested person.

    Aye aye.

    Nah prolly not.
It's just making your post highlighted again.
If you constantly spam it then it would be frowned upon.
