Hacking Is it ok to update .cia files through emunand?

Basically the title question.....

Some custom .cia files have an update scrolling on the top screen - is it ok to go ahead and update these in emunand mode or are there ramifications to watch out for??

Should be.
If on O3DS you can just access the eShop normally and download the updates. If on N3DS then you may need to fw spoof some updates that require >9.5 but you can install .cia versions of the updates downloaded off the internet as the ones straight from eShop won't work.

    If your throat closes, putting oxygen in your mouth will not solve anything - as you will be introducing oxygen prior to the area of obstruction
