Homebrew Is it ok to switch sd cards between my 3ds and wii u?

Ok, so when i was buying my wii u, i didn't know how it worked so i decided to buy a 32 gb sd card along with it, which turned out to be useless, since you can't save games on an sd card, so i was thinking, my 3ds needs the higher capacity sd card way more than my wii u does, both of them have homebrew and cfw, would it be ok if i were to move all the 3ds stuff onto the previously wii u sd card, and all the wii u stuff onto my 3ds card? would the homebrew and the cfw still work?

I’m not sure but I used my Wii U SD card in my Wii and a DSi so it should be fine with the 3DS too

You could but it is best to use two separate card, 32gb isn't a lot of storage for the 3ds anyway, you would want to go for a higher capacity if you plan to install a lot of games.

I do this all the time any time I wanna use my 3ds I pop te as card out
