Is it OK to ask for indirect ROM sources?

Like, could I ask about where to get a WAD file, and someone say 'Mininova is a good place to look', or 'Google for [a name] website'?

I'm not entirely sure, but I would say the answer is no, If I remember, it's against the rules to ask for any kind of rom sources. just do some google searches on your own, there are plenty of places out there.
