Hacking Is in development some tool for downgrading a 3ds in 11.x?

Hello everyone, this is my first post in this amazing community, I´ve been reading here for a while, but I didn´t have an account yet.

I have O3DS with ARM9, but I wanna buy a N3DS and I know that is obvious that it will come with a 11.X version.

I know that there's a way with dsiware, but nintendo is taking those games down, so it would be a way to downgrading the 3ds in the near future without those games? like browserhax or another primary entrypoint. Thanks in advance

Since you have an a9lhed 3ds buy the dsiware game. Also all 3dses have Arm9. Please say A9LH if it needs to be short
