I discovered https://[ SNIP ].com/ as I was doing a web search on gba carts. It's gbatemp.net, but not. Is this legit?

I'm already logged in on gbatemp.net, but this other site that looks the exact same shows I'm logged out.

Ok. Ooops sorry for posting the link. I did a search here on gbatemp to see if that site had been posted before and didn't see anything so that's why I posted it to ask.
