I'm going to have to agree with that and say no. There just aren't enough games coming.

No. There are still games undumpable due to technical reasons, like the feature-length GBA Video titles which used special hardware to get around it's normal 32MB limit. But not enough of anything for #3000.

Keep in mind the LAST boxed Japanese game was way back in November 2006.
