The reason I ask is that on Play.com many customer reviews seem to claim that they have this game and the website also claims they have it in stock :S everywhere else seems to state the 24th as the release date for this one tho....I'm confussed.

The people who played it already are probably the one who downloaded it. The stock thing? I'm willing to bet they'll just ship the game out on the day before the game is released so it'll arrive on the actual launch day

It's not out officially until Friday but many internet sites such as Play, GAME, Shopto and Gameplay have already sent out orders.
Unlucky, I was quite looking forward to picking that up on my way home from work! O well I guess i can wait....
I will probably import a copy (cheaper), its been confirmed to work on a PAL system, and since I don't have my 360 back yet I doesn't make any sense to buy it on Friday.

One thing that just occurred to me.... The sound on the 2600 sucked less back then the harsh sound we hear now is from infinitely better speakers we have now, back when the 2600 was new speakers produced a almost muffled sound, like CRTs made old graphics look slightly better. -

I think a few of the early systems could benefit from that, at least up to the 8 bit generation, by the 16 bit generation I think TVs had gotten a lot better in almost every way

Just give it a try, but honestly if you have a 3DS you can play DS games without a card just off the internal SD card
