Yep, been playing Fire Emblem Awakening on mine for the first time currently.

I recently discovered the magic of Fire Emblem Fates uncensored and have been playing that exclusively. Feels like the best time to own a 3ds. The eshop closure and nintendo's final spite firmware update made me want to play it more

I stopped playing my 3DS when the Switch came out. Other than finishing Ace Attorney Spirit of Justice, I haven't touched it once.

I play the 3DS less than I used to but it's still fun to play. On a site where most users have relatively open minds towards hacking, the closure of the official eShop doesn't make a difference.

Well, duh! XD
Just cause the eshop's gone doesn't mean I lost all my cartridges, or the <greensite>.. I prefer the PSP, but I'll be dead before I stop playing animal crossing :-)

For me, it's not JUST about playing the 3ds exclusives (although there are a TON of exclellent 3ds games)
It's about the fact that the 3ds is literally the ultimate legacy-content machine, like, my GOD.
With homebrew, you can play almost ALL NES, SNES, GB/GBC, GBA, DS games and if you have a "new" system, N64 games!
There's also Genesis, gamegear and many many other consoles that i haven't even mentioned.

I love the 3ds.
