Is anyone else not getting access to players8 even after 12/14 patch?

Wondering if it's something on my atmosphere side or something like that or if it's still a blizzard issue? I don't have access to Nintendo online but blizzard said it was a bug and that's what today's 12/14 patch was supposed to fix, I have to use tinfoil or linkaho to spoof an account just to be able to get in the game of course, do I have to maybe wait for a 1.0.0.9 offline crack now? Any help would be appreciated it took me forever to just get it to be able to play updated up to date and not just on the base installation lmaoo so when I heard players8 was being implemented I was excited but alas it's just been one hangup after another

So frustrating! I just tried to update to the newest atmosphere and firmware hoping that would help and of course it didn't lmao

Well, not sure if you're still interested, but the new offline crack for the latest patch just came out, and it fixed the issue.
You could play on 1.0.0.9 just fine with the previous offline crack, but the menu wouldn't appear, it does now with the new crack.
