Hacking Is a SupercardDSTWO worth it if I can do without emulation or can I just get a R4i GOLD instead?

Basically as the title says. I can only find the Supercard DSTwo for $90+ online whereas I found the R4i Gold for $15.99...

Even though DSTwo is a good flashcart, it isn't worth that much. Plus the reason i bought it was it was nearly unpatchable, as Nintendo gave up blocking DS flashcarts, you can just get any R4 out there which works on latest firmwares.

Even though extra emulators are fine, you get annoying slowdowns, so i stopped using them. and they are nowhere near worth the price difference.

Exactly, as far as emulators go I do prefer stability so I would preferably run them on my PC or on my phone if I wanted to play a JRPG on the go so much.

So aside from the emulators, does the Supercard really have anything against the R4 Gold?

Nope it doesn't. Main selling point for me was not being blocked by nintendo for a long time. As this point is moot now, just get a cheap, working flashcart.
