ROM Hack Question Is a SOS: Pioneers of Olive Town Voice Patch possible?

Hello! I know that the game only has minor voiceovers inside like short grunts and phrases but I was still wondering if it was possible to get the japanese audio patched on the english release? I don’t have any experience with rom hacking or modding so I was wondering if it was doable :”) thank you!

If it's anything like the PC version all that would need to be done is changing the name of the voice files. If the _ja voices aren't present then it'd have to be replaced. Really why did XSeed have to go and dub it at all. Does the occasional "yoshi!" bother people that much?
