I'm the kewl kid on the block got my New3ds downgraded.
So is 4 gb enough for pokemon X
Pokemon x/y takes 1,7 gb, n3ds emunand needs 1,3 gb
Yes but you will have roughly 2.1 gigs left for CIA installs.
Really, you're better off upgrading your SD to an 8 or 16GB.
4GB is not really enough. Hell I could barely do emunand swaps with such little space. I had to store files on the PC during the process. You're better off getting 8GB or larger. 8GB is really the minimum if you intend to setup emunand.
16gb micro sd costs like 15$ or even less.
Why even open a topic?
You can get a 32GB microSD for ~7€ at least in mediamarkt Germany.
Go spend some money, it is almost nothing.
Here in germany I got in amazon 32gb once for 10€, a sandisk ultra one
i got my 128gb c10 for 45$
Under 30 for a EVO 64GB class 10 MicroSD, just buy one and be done with running out of space.
Honestly, if you ONLY want Pokemon X, just go the legit CIA route.
The problem everyone is pointing out is that the OP does not have the space to install the CIA, not which CIA to use.
well said, friend....easiest way there is....,i guess
You can't even make backups of your emunand on a 4gb. It's just too small to be useful for anything.
Of course you can just use emuNAND tool
I think he meant "no need to downgrade and set up a CFW and stuff, you can just use a legit cia on your updated sysNAND with no CFW". But then, I'd say it isn't a good piece of advice.
That is exactly what I was saying. I mean, if OP doesn't want to buy a new card and only wants Pokemon X, it is fine advice.
i will buy a 16 gb but are there any prepare steps i need to do to transfer my data with emunand
btw i have rei
