I am not sure why they don't show the front of the card. I think it is the same thing that I linked to, but I suggest getting the card off of nds-card. Or even this site. I think it might be cheaper for you.

the sale of flashcards is prohibited by both ebay and pay pal . . . i am surprised you found them at all also note that if anyone reports the seller then the listing could potentially be removed at any time

Also, it should work as long as it is legit. I can't see the front, so I can't tell you if it is legit or not. The little URL on the back is correct, so it should be OK.
