Hacking Is 11.3 safe with me currently having CFW

One thing - while very offtopic to this thread I just need to kinda vent about it...

With Gateway going broken - I wonder what is the future for any already CFW running consoles.
What are the changes nintendo can do something about currently CFW'd systems running Luma on sysnand with A9LH. Could nintendo do something about the aurorawright A9LH?

How is Gateway broken exactly? If you update to 11.3 then use a payload to launch GW .. does it not just work? Surely launching the payload itself can't get rid of A9LH. If you update while on GW well that's just on you.
