I think we are giving waaaay to much credit to nintendo than what they deserve, i mean for god sake, they JUST recently punished the use of sky3ds, hell even the dstwo works on the latest version. why would they be more worried about this than the rest of the REAl issues?

If this is indeed nintendo's tweet then, it was most likely it was Nintendo who took it down. which is to say a little dumb move since they don't even know (hopefully) how the exploit even work. shot first ask questions later i guess.

They are doing damage control . When they take it down less persons have this entrypoint which could lead to piracy in the future(Arm9 Exploit).

Just like how Nintendo removed eShop Cubic Ninja in JPN after it was announced as an exploit game. It's just homebrew, Nintendo, jeez. It's not like its an instant piracy enabler (Well, now it is.
