You obviously don't know how end user licensing agreements work. It doesn't matter how nintendo sees it, exploiting software does not legally break copyright or license laws.

Seriously guys, Everthing is happening exactly as we expected them to, exactly as they always do. A hacker announced a piece of exploitable software and it was a race against time to get it before the devs or console company pulled it. And now they have. Thats all. Smea's drama could just be shitty emails from the devs, hard to say, he's kind of a dramaqueen.
Think about it. If he were facing legal issues would he still be willing to release said exploit? And as he said, nothing is canceled. So relax dudes. I've followed a many a scene for many years. Had enough of these legal debates to be a lawyer.
