It didn't take long for other developers to use ninjhax to load backups...

Only using ninjhax 1.0 I believe.

The arm11 and arm9 kernel hax were completely unrelated to ninjhax. They just happened to arrive at about the same time.
Any userland exploit, not just ninjhax, could be chained with memchunkhax(arm11) and firmlaunchhax(arm9).

Again, maybe hes arguing his case. Probably explaining how homebrew doesnt harm anyone. No coincidence that Ironfall was pulled and he apolgized to the ironfall devs and hope they "fix" it.

If he thinks the 'hey I'm a good guy, trust me' arguments are going to hold sway with Nintendo/VdDev, then he has another thing coming.
Hacking = piracy to them no matter what.

He needs to arrange an alternate, and less public and showoff-y, method of distribution.
