In all honesty, I doubt Nintendo would do something do something like that. It's just a bunch of dumb speculation like the majority of this thread. People need to give the damn guy some space before getting all up in his business.

The guy is handling life and 3 projects plus more that we don't know. We should be lucky we even have Ninjhax. We shouldn't expect so much from someone who deserves respect for making it instead of hate for being silent about it.
