Well he didn't post earlier too, he might be still going on, he isn't allowing piracy or uploading public/private keys or ROMs etc. which means he does nothing illegal, so that's not true.

Technically he is. NES SNES GBA etc. emulators exist and that counts as piracy too.

i tried looking into the source code (F12 in Chrome) found nothing.
