We could assume that smea is following Wololo's words; so there's a chance he'd do a surprise release at night so there's more time before Nintendo can chop Ironfall from the eShop once the exploit drops.

Anyone whose remotely interested in Ironhax would have downloaded the game already. Its been announced over 11 days ago.

There are only two conclusions I can draw from this:

Nintendo silenced him by sending him a C&D (remember, Nintendo must be wanting to stop homebrew on such a large scale since any person can just go ahead and download Ironfall)

Or they offered him a non-disclosure agreement where he gets paid not to release Ironhax or talk about it at all, a lot like how it was speculated Dark_AleX was paid by Sony not to release any more CFW.

Only feasible reasons why, really makes no sense otherwise for him to not tweet at all in nearly 2 days.

Or perhaps he's been busy or hasn't felt like tweeting in two days. God damn you guys sound like every girlfriend cliche wondering why you haven't been texted back in 2 minutes.

It was never down his site is just super slow that's why Ninjhax 2.0 was hosted on github.
