OK...well since my homebrew 3DS is on 9.2 still... 1) is it safe to update / should i stay on 9.2 and if update, is Ironhax (USA) still available in store cause CN def is not in JP store

do not update, as you can use rxtools cfw and get cubic ninja on there

From what I've read, 9.2 is the best version, DO NOT UPDATE
