Bought a iphone 4s on ios 8.1.2, the issue is that the guys icloud is still on the phone and find my iphone is enabled, which prevents a jailbreak (as far as I know anyway), this isn't a stolen phone was bought via here http://www.cashgenerator.co.uk/product-faulty/apple-iphone-4s-on-vodafone-8gb-spares-only-HP3711. Phone is activated and isn't IMEI barred etc just the icloud notification pops up every so often.

Is there anyway at all around this other than entering the password (which is unobtainable, tried emailing the email, instant ping back of delivery failed ).
