There is an issue I noticed:

When I am using CIOS r9 my I pod (usb drive) loads up quick. On the other hand, when I am using CIOS r14 my ipod doesn't load up so I have to play with it for a minute or 2 to get it to recognize.

Problem with CIOS9 is that neogamma r8 beta 1 does not play tmnt (Game).
Problem with CIOS9 is that usb loader gx doesn't load tmnt.

Is there any way I can get my Ipod to load as it would on the IOS36 CIOS9 from the IOS36 CIOS14 ?

Enable anti 002 fix in GX for the game.

Yes I have tried it with that and with CIOSr 9 i get a black screen. Using CIOSr14 it works but that isn't my problem.

Usb Loader 1.1 loads the ipod quick without any problem using CIOS r14 or CIOSr9. I think neogamma and usb loader gx need to perfect there loading techniques.

Could you test that several times and use a stopwatch?

    ...

Yes sure sorry for the late post busy with college.

It takes me several attempts before I get it to work.

Now with the stop watch in hand do i pause in between every try and continue trying again ?

several attempts == random results == hardware and/or cIOS failing
