Is there any way I can find a non stub version of IOS 4, like v3 or v259?

v3 and v259 both are downloadable from NUS.

I just tried, the only one on NUS is v65280, the stub version.

No reason, just a little OCD, i don't want to have the stub version of any IOS if I can help it, and IOS 4 is the only one left. Was an older version of it ever included on a disc update?

Take a look on games like MKWii or Super Smash Bros. They most likely have one of it.

No luck. Also, I found this on wiibrew about IOS 4 "1st Version Timestamp is Aug 10, 2006. Replaced by a stub." Since the wii launched on Nov. 19, does that mean that the non stub versions of IOS 4 were never released?
