Is there any tool for Windows available that is able to patch an IOS or MIOS wad file to a cIOS/cMIOS wad file?
Of course you can use the cIOS and cMIOS installers for the Wii, but it'd be nice if there is also a program for the computer.
If not, there is Leathls libwiisharp that has an IOS patching feature. But it only can patch IOS files, but not MIOS. libwiisharp might be helpfull for devs.
