Hacking internet channel, wad installer

There was already an internet channel on my wii but when i open it it says it needs to download something for 0 wii point, since my wii has softmodded i didnt want to download anything from nintendo network and i found a wad file for internet channel(opera something)

now when i try to install it with wad installer in homebrew channel the wad installer says wad coulndt installed


i seached tons of things befor open this topic so i really need help now,


also i want to play virtual games as super mario nes, or snes games i saw people installing via wad installer im wondering how to do.

ModMii can download the Internet channel for you, and give you instructions on how to install it.

Installing other wads is just as easy. But you'll have to find them first, no link allowed.

Also, I think you posted in the wrong section.

There is no issue with downloading from the Shop Channel. Do so instead of pirating. Especially for free content. And this is the wrong section.

i coulndt figured out how to do it with modmii, or else.

what wad installer are you using?

does it return an error, or what is happening?

Multi mod manager should be able to do the job. First, switch to ios 236, after that, install the wad.
If ios 236 can't be selected, you will need to install it first. Again, modmii is your guide for that.

i already said that i couldnt figure out how to use modmii, i dont know what is ios,


my wad installer is named wad installer something text based (i just downloaded from filetrip)

i also have a wad manager but it asks something about changing ios.

If you can't figure out ModMii, you won't figure out much to do with the Wii. It is ridiculously easy to use.

Anyway, like I said above, just download it from Shop Channel. No workarounds necessary.

It's not difficult, to get the internet channel, download and run ModMii, select ModMii wizard and guide ->chose yes
-> select the current system menu you are on (if you dont know look here) -> select the region you are on (the letter next to the system menu version e.g 3.2E) ->chose the exploit or 'hack' you would like to use -> chose the system menu you would like to 'update' to (preferably 4.3) -> check the channels you would like ->decide if you want custom themes or not->decide if you want to load games from a USB drive ->chose the location where you want to save the files ->comfirm ->wait for files to download and follow instructions to hack your wii and get the shopping channel and internet channel

somehow i installed the internet channel, after splash screen when i move the cursor it freezes.
