The IQ of EOF would rise considerably when Gahars joins this topic.

Did you have any questions about runners Gahars? Are you one of those idiots who runs on New Year's eve? Alone?

What's wrong with running? Like, if someone is properly covered up and wants to get some exercise, why does the weather or time of year matter? Consider the obesity epidemic we're facing, why discourage physical activity, which is a necessity for a healthy lifestyle?

EDIT: And no, not me. I will run to the fridge like a champ, for what it's worth.

Nothing wrong with running Gahars. But there's something wrong with obsessions.
Just like obsession with food, people go the opposite way with exercise. In life, you have to enjoy a bit of everything.
And that ladies and gentlemen is an intelligent conversation.

    : )

Oh my God, a pleasant dialogue. I never thought I'd see the day.

Can people be obsessed with it and take it too far? Sure, but I don't think these cases quite count. Running can be a calming, relaxing activity (if you're good at it, anyway), and for certain runners, that's worth the occasional jog in the rain or cold.

You know, in life we have known unknowns and unknown unknowns.
And that, ladies and gentlemen is the price of freedom.

Well, guess what. Even when Deval Patrick put a driving ban in MA some people were defiant and were running with a stupid headlight in their head in Boston.
