Hacking Installing New Theme Using MyMenuify

Okay I got the right .csm and .app for the orange dark wii theme i want. I'm going to install it on my wii. On mymenuify it shows me the .csm and the .app.
Which do I choose to install?

The csm. A csm is a custom system menu theme. The app file is the original.
