I want to install a Japanese Wii fit channel to my US Wii system menu (3.4U with 249 Rev8 + Gamma launcher). Will it work? I can run the Jap Wii fit from the Gamma launcher by forcing NTSC.

You shouldn't have to force NTSC because japan is NTSC. Sure you don't need to just force JPN language?

Use either wii scrubbed (on the ISO) or FTPii (or any other program that lets you access the wii disc drive) and open the third partition. In there should be a .wad file. In the US version it's called healthsomething (forget it's name offhand) but it'll be the only .wad in the third partition so it doesn't matter what it's called.

Then install that using wad manager and it should work fine since the wad is an official nintendo wad and has been properly signed.

It will give me a core dump error if I don't force NTSC.

I found the "HealthNandPackTP.wad" in partition 2 not partition 3. If I install it with the wad manager, is there any chance it will brick my Wii?
