I have a Wii at 4.1U. It has homebrew enabled, but I am having difficulty installing a CIOS. I seem to have picked up a stubbed IOS from network install. Now that I removed the stubbed IOS, what are the easiest steps I can take to installing the new CIOS?

edit, well I followed the simplistic mod. I installed CIOS 15, but still can't play NSMB Wii. (The ultimate goal here). What am I doing wrong?

NTSC-U
Latest USB Loader GX
Updated to 4.2U with the simplistic mod (stickied)
Tried to play, failed
Tried installing cIOS rev 15 (14? I think 15)
failed

I'd suggest following the tutorial in the sticky which refers to upgrading your Wii to 4.2.

This should help installing cIOS38 rev15 (or rev14, whatever you prefer).
