Hacking installing .cia themes in emunand 9.5 and use them on sysnand 9.2 ?

is it possible ?
i am afraid to brick my console if i use that
what i want to do is installing the .cia themes on my 3DS which s in 9.5 emunand
but , when i turn off the device , it will return to 9.2 sysnand ( i don't want to downgrade this device )
if i run the new themes on 9.2 sysnand, is it gonna be ok or safe ?

Actually, if you do that, you can use the the theme on Sysnand. As long as you don't go the design menu or press the power button, the theme is set as the standard. I've experienced that myself. AFAIK, it's not possble to brick your console, as it will simply recognize them as not being bought and set the standard white theme again.

ok , i just tried it
installed all US theme on emunand 9.5 , and chose a new theme
when i turn off the 3DS , it return to 9.2 , and it keep the last theme i used on 9.5 ( even if its not available in the theme menu )

you can use CHMM on emunand and use cia as custom themes, then they are on sysnand too
