Hacking installing Arm9LoaderHax N3ds stuck on formatted emunand

ok so im installing Arm9LoaderHax on mu N3ds and im stuck at this one point. i formatted the emunand and the emunand version is 10.7. how am i supposed to install a cia in the fresh max updated emunand with no way to load a exploit?
i cant inject fbi in H&S because that dosent work, i tried all ways but i it dosent inject.
i cant possible figure out a way to load homebrew in a max updated emunand.

What step exactly u are? Did u already installed arm9loaderhax? (did u run the 3dsx file on hbl?)

i haven installed arm9loaderhax yet, i got up to the part where i format emunand but now that i formatted emunand without prior installing fbi to emunand i dont have a way to install cia in emunand

part 3 i think i need to install sysupdater.cia to emunand, but the real issue and question overall is how do i install a cia manager in a max updated unmodified emunand?

I guess u already answered yourself.

Get a new 9.2 emunand and do the other way around this time.

hmmmm well i have my SYSnand from when i first got my n3ds but that still dosent help me because ill still need to format and if the cia is not installed to the NAND instead of sd it will be erased. and when i install fbi or any other app into the nand (inside emunand) it shows up as a black box and is unbootable

U need u entrypoint on 10.7. U cant do the guide on 10.7 without Ninjahax\OoT3dhax|Smashhax
