Hacking Installed GBA CIA in emuNAND, but only shows up in sysNAND o.O

Hello.

I installed SMA4: SMB3 with e-reader levels patch on rxTools emuNAND.
The game showed up once in emuNAND and could play it fine. After a reboot it only show up in sysNAND.

Can I only play GBA games in sysNAND? It's weird because my ambassador games shows up in emuNAND though.

Old 3DS.
sysNAND: 4.5
rxTools emuNAND: 10.2

EDIT: Can't launch the game in sysNAND O_O
It will say I need eShop even though I loaded Pasta CFW.
