Hacking install wad via usb and wad manager

Hi,

i see that the 4gb kingston usb is compatible with usb loaders. Does that mean that i will be able to install wads via wad manager 1.5 and the usb device? I'm having problems reading my sdhc card in wad manager so i would like to try via usb

Yes. Just select Source: USB 2.0 Mass Storage device

select usb 2.0 if your using ios249 (recommended) and have the usb plugged into the bottom usb port, if you select IOS36 select USB Mass Storage Device (not 2.0) to access the usb plugged into the bottom usb port

ios 249 is optimized for usb use, as such, using a different ios to access a USB may error out after prolonged use, but u can reload wadmanager and continue installing wads if this happens

Thanks for the help! I'll try this tonight. I imagine i have to format my usb device to fat32...
