Homebrew Install the homebrew launcher on 11.8.0-41 E

Hello, I got an old 3ds. It has Luma v9.1 and its firmware is 11.8.0-41 E. I want to install the homebrew launcher to install FBI. Which is the best solution?

If you already have Luma3DS version of 8.0 or greater (it's your case), you can follow https://3ds.hacks.guide/restoring-updating-cfw to update everything and to install HBL, FBI, Anemone3DS, etc...

once you have updated luma, you can follow https://3ds.hacks.guide/finalizing-setup to updating the system, install HBL, FBI, etc
