    Hi,

I made some backups from my games. They are in .nsp format, example Doom is 14GB and the update 8gb.

Can I split the .nsp files in 4GB pieces and install them with SXOS 1.4 on a fat32 SD-Card?

No, you have to use exFAT. If you don't have it already, there are numerous ways to get the exFAT update offline.

I have extfat, but some homebrew is unstable. :/

I guess you should get a 32 gig card just for homebrew and make it fat32. This way you don't have to worry about the homebrews not being stable on exfat
