Hacking Install CIA files on latest firmware?

I have tried every version of this "devmenu" I have been able to find on the internet and none of them seem to load on the latest firmware. They show up on my red card but when loaded I just get a black screen. Am I doing something wrong, downloading from the wrong source, or is it just not possible yet?

Look for BigBlueMenu. Its a modified devmenu. Google is your friend
