Hacking Inject DLC for Disc games?

Is possible to install / inject DLCs to WiiU memory to use with DISC games?
like, makeing SMASH BROSS DLC working in a Disc game, not a Loadiine loaded game.

Not to my knowledge, no. Fairly certain DLCs are signed to your console, something that, if it exists, isn't available publicly.
