It depends on motivation really.
If people that can do it have a 9.3+ console (not me for example), it will probably be faster.

memchunkhax2 will probably be patched in 1 week - 1 month.

Nintendo already patched SNSHax in 10.2. Read the OP.
They're probably working on it as we speak. I give it a week before 10.4 is released. Remember they gotta test and debug any modification they make to the system's firmware, on all hardware revisions, on pretty much every possible scenario to iron out bugs and whatnot. Shit takes time.

I have them on my o3ds emunand.
Once snhax is out, I'll create an emunand on n3ds and transfer it there, easy. Also, I have cubic ninja so accessing homebrew is not a problem
Okay, I guess if you have Cubic Ninja you don't really need Ironhax, but it can be a pain sometimes.
