Gaming Ine FE: Fates is it possible to change the main charctors features while playing the game?

I thought I found a menu where it allows the player to change the voice, hight etc etc while playing the game. Now I can't seems to find the menu. Does any one know what menu it is? And how to find it?

Height and voice and hair color cant be changed
But you can change hairstyle and and accessory as far as i know
