Hacking Increase number of Channels in the Wii Menu?

Hello everyone,

since i installed most of my Wii games onto my HDD and installed Menu Channels for them, i only have three channel-slots left. So, simple question: Is there a way to increase the number of the available channel-slots?

Nope. That's one of the reasons I prefer using the usb loader itself. Not as pretty, but only slightly slower and takes up only one channel.

the best this to do would be to update to 4.0 and use the SD menu.

as a side know how much blocks do you have left after filling the menu with the game channels?

I've got 1080 blocks left on my wii.

Just to briefly hijack this thread but still related(ish)...

How can I drag a channel from one "page" to another? I've deleted some channels and have ended up with the odd empty space here and there. I want to bunch them all back up with no gaps!

just pick it up (a+b) then drag it to the little arrow on your left/right. it will automatically flip pages.

I think you should remove your worst game channels (you can always boot it from the normal usb loader gui).

if you have 1080 blocks left, then you need to install some Wiiware, Virtual Console, and Other official channels ASAP!
