I completed Inazuma Eleven go, the shadow version. I need help with the secret, maybe I can send the file here (if someone explains me how to) and a HERO who have both games can unlock the secret. Or maybe you have some other ideas?

I can help you both and unlock both of your secrets via a save editor, or you can get the save editor an do it yourselves if you want to

opening the game.ie4 file there and selecting:
view information > extras & downloads > Unlock data download

Should do it i think.

Also; i have a shadow save data, use it as you will.
